Melanzane mediterranee

Un piatto semplice e veloce per le vostre cene estive.

Ingredienti:

  •  2 melanzane;
  • 3 pomodori
  • una mozzarella;
  • 10 olive nere;
  • un cucchiaio di capperi;
  • 5 foglie di basilico;
  • origano;
  • sale;
  • olio extravergine di oliva.

Lavare le melanzane, tagliarle a fettine spesse circa 3 mm e grigliarle. In una terrina mescolare assieme le olive denocciolate, i capperi, la mozzarella e i pomodori tagliati a cubetti, l’origano, il basilico spezzettato e aggiustare di sale. Su ciascuna fetta distribuire un cucchiaio del composto e arrotolarla. Adagiare tutti i rotolini ottenuti su una pirofila unta d’olio. Ultimare con un filo d’olio e infornare per 10 minuti a 180°.

A quick and easy dish for your summer dining.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggplants;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • one mozzarella;
  • 10 black olives;
  • a tablespoon of capers;
  • 5 basil leaves;
  • oregano;
  • salt;
  • extra virgin olive oil.

Wash the eggplants, cut them into slices about 3 mm and grill them. Mix in a bowl together the pitted olives, capers, cut mozzarella and tomatoes, oregano, basil and season with salt. On each eggplant slice put on a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it up. Lay all the rolls obtained on a oiled baking dish. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
